Is there some kind of organizing tool to help me manage my websites?

Now that I have 5 websites it’s getting hard to keep track of everything. My brain is going to explode if I don’t figure this out!

Is it possible to make 60,000$ a year managing my own websites?

I have some good concept in mind. I have a background in Marketing. I’m thinking about a family of 200 websites with each a prime location on the homepage for advertisers. This will be for sale at 25 bucks a month. So, 200 sites x 30 bucks a month x 12 months = 72K a year of revenue minus 12k for advertising and cost of operation. How do you guys sell your advertising? Does affiliate marketing is a good way to go? Like a $30 commision per acquisition?
